The perfect class for our little budding gymnasts! Each week class uses a different theme to start and end the session with songs, rhymes, stories and games. Following group time, toddlers/babies and adults are given the full gymnastics area to explore. Coaches will set out stations, apparatus a …morend games to help aid development across all areas. Children can climb, jump, balance run and explore to their hearts desire providing the perfect start to any infants active life. During holidays we welcome siblings up to age 8 to join their toddler, but asked these children are also booked in and that they give priority to younger children. Notes; - Babies, toddlers and young children must be bare footed inc. no socks. This is to minimize slip risks and keep gymnasts safe. - Sensible clothing to freely move - climb, jump and go upside down is highly advised. Shorts and t-shirts recommended in the Summer. - This is an adult stay class - adults are responsible for own children. less

This class is designed to allow individuals the opportunity to participate in gymnastics if; - they are unable to commit to weekly sessions - Want to participate in gymnastics but can't afford a termly payment - Fill the time waiting on the waiting list for a weekly class - Have a go at gymn …moreastics to see if "it's for them" The class allows children aged 4 and half years and over. The class aims to provide opportunities for mixed abilities, and stations will be adapted to fit learning styles wherever possible. * Gymnasts need to bring a drink to sessions * No shoes, socks or jewellery are allowed in the gymnastics area * Suitable clothing must be worn such as a leotard/tight top, leggings/shorts, hair must be tied back. less
