Beginners and Intermediate Class (4yrs+) (4 - 15yrs)

These classes are sutiable to brand new gymnasts and those who have been participating for a few years and still learning the essential bases for skills for gymnastics. …more Classes are continually monitored to ensure that thier is a good ability mix and that gymnatss are learning at a good and accurate pace. IMPORTANT - Appropriate clothing such as leotard and shorts/leggings, or a tight top and shorts. During Summer it is advised to only wear short sleeved/legged items of clothing. - No jewelry, shoes or socks allowed and hair must be tied back. - Parents of children aged between 4 and 6 years are encouraged to stay. If parents do wish to learn, they must be contactable throughout the duration of the workshop. - Please advice us of any allergies, additional needs or needs of special support that may be needed before the camp. Tumble Time - Tumbling workshop (5 - 15yrs)

Expert coaches will guide you through a workshop focused on teaching acrobatic skills associated with the discipline of tumbling. Set-ups will include stations to teach and improve the important basics needed for tumbling and then start to move them forward and upskill. At the end of the session …mores, gymnasts will be given the opportunity to try tumble passes appropriate to skill level. The discipline of tumbling includes skills such as; rolls, cartwheels, round offs, flicks and somersaults. Gymnasts will use a mix of tumble track, fast track, bounce equipment including long trampoline and various equipment to aid safe skill teaching. IMPORTANT - Appropriate clothing such as leotard and shorts/leggings, or a tight top and shorts. Children can climb, jump, balance run and explore to their hearts desire providing the perfect start to any infants active life. During holidays we welcome siblings up to age 8 to join their toddler, but asked these children are also booked in and that they give priority to younger children. Notes; - Babies, toddlers and young children must be bare footed inc. no socks. This is to minimize slip risks and keep gymnasts safe. - Sensible clothing to freely move - climb, jump and go upside down is highly advised. The class will be fast paced, well planned and fun to ensure toddlers stay engaged and able to learn. Classes are continually monitored to ensure that there is a good ability mix and that gymnasts are learning at a good and accurate pace. We encourage that parents allow children to attend this class independently. If you feel that your child requires a parent/careers support in the room please speak to the coaches before hand so this can be safely organised. IMPORTANT - Appropriate clothing such as leotard and shorts/leggings, or a tight top and shorts.
